Strengthening Your Pelvic Floor with Vaginal Weights

The use of vaginal weights is a very effective way to help strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor and thus prevent leaking of urine and urgency and frequency. Vaginal weights are designed to help women locate the muscles in the lower pelvis and to increase their muscle strength and tone. This can dramatically decrease episodes of leaking and urinary urgency.

The smooth, slippery nature of vaginal weights forces you to automatically tighten the pelvic muscles in an attempt to retain the vaginal weight to prevent it from slipping out. The sling that passes around the bladder, tightens together to hold in the vaginal cone and weight.

It is amazing how this really works! Use of vaginal weights provides a structured, easy to follow pelvic floor exercise program with objective measures of progress, which can significantly increase chances of a successful reduction in incontinence and urgency episodes. The exercise program offers lifetime treatment at your own pace and in the privacy of your own home! Bladder control is no accident. You can take control of your bladder health.

Research shows that 70% of cases of stress incontinence can be cured or improved by using vaginal weights, such as Stepfree and Jade Egg systems for just 20 minutes a day for 12 weeks.

Vaginal Weights are very discreet and the size is similar to a tampon. The strength and tone of your pelvic floor is enhanced as you advance to heavier vaginal weights, with a goal of increasing to the maximum weight in the set. The stronger your pelvic floor the easier you will find it to use.

Vaginal weights are a safe, natural solution allowing woman to take control of their bladder and sexual health. Once inserted correctly, they automatically isolate and work the correct muscles to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. They are convenient, easy to use and effective. A vaginal weight program can be easily fitted into your daily routine.

Even if you have never experienced stress incontinence, you could use vaginal weights as a preventative measure, to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles in preparation for pregnancy, or as part of an overall fitness program.

After the strain of carrying a baby for nine months, and the strain of giving birth, it is not surprising that some mothers will be left with weakened pelvic floor muscles and poor control over their bladder. Vaginal weights can be used to improve or cure the symptoms of stress incontinence that results after childbirth.

Benefits of vaginal weights include:
Improved bladder control for most women in 6-12 weeks
Helps women isolate pelvic floor muscle group
Simple home-based program
Device shape is designed for easy insertion/removal, comfort and optimum results
Graduated weights provide objective benchmarks of progress
Inexpensive method to enhance pelvic floor health and strength
Results will enhance sexual pleasure for both the woman and her male partner
